To God be the Glory!
Welcome to the It's a Family Thing, It's a God Thing conference. First, I would like to thank God for my life and this opportunity to encourage families to get back to the basics of God. God established the family before the church. As parents, our most significant ministry is in our home.
I am thankful to God for my family, my husband Jesse Green, and my son Darius Green. God has been a strong force in my life ever since I was born. My fantastic mom raised me with God's help and surrounded me with a loving family.
The Lord has allowed me to receive my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Christian counseling. I Graduated from Capella University with a Master's in Early Childhood Education studies. I worked in education for 25 years and have helped various families with their children. Currently, I am a Center Director on Long Island in New York.
Most of all I am a child of God and saved by His grace. As we take this step together in building a new foundation in the family, we must understand that we are Mighty Warriors in God; called to take back our families that He has given us. The enemy has no control!! Our children are precious gifts and it is also our job to train them up in the way they should go. Psalm 127 and Proverbs 22:6.
Being a parent is a great and hard job that God has entrusted us to do for Him. So, become a Mighty Warrior!
